“Nyárspolgár - Világkonyha a parázs felett” is the culmination of more than a decade of creative collaboration between chef Adorjányi Máriusz and photographer Norbert Hartyányi. The book is published by HVG Könyvek.
Spanning 272 pages, the book features 76 carefully crafted recipes accompanied by nearly 300 atmospheric photographs that capture the essence of live fire cooking through smoke, glowing embers, and authentic moments. More than simple illustrations, the images tell a visual story of their own and play a defining role in shaping the book's unique character.
